AI Assessment · Product No. 01 Tooele County, Utah

Find the five hours a week your team is handing to busywork.

One recorded 45 minute call. One multi-page report with three to seven AI tools you can switch on this week. A 30 minute walkthrough so nothing sits in a drawer. If I can't find at least five hours a week, you don't pay.

Some people call it an AI audit. You'll call it Tuesday afternoon back.

Nobody wants to be audited. This is an assessment: I ask, you talk, and I go find the repetitive work a tool should be doing instead of a person. Built for teams of three to a hundred, whether that is a recruiting office, a contractor's front desk, or an agency.

  1. The discovery call

Forty five minutes on a recorded video call. I work through my question bank, half of it written for your industry, and dig wherever the answer is "I do that by hand." No pitching, no prescribing. Just finding the hours.

    45 min
  2. The report

A multi-page document you can hand to a boss: executive summary, an impact versus effort matrix, three to seven tool recommendations with price, setup time and hours saved, a four day quick start, and the financial impact in your numbers.

    Under a week
  3. The walkthrough

Thirty minutes, line by line, so every recommendation is understood and the first one is switched on before we hang up. Then you implement, or you hand me the list.

Then, the marketing

Three more things, done properly.

Most local businesses are buying these from three different vendors who never talk to each other. The website says one thing, the sign says another, and the lead that came in on Tuesday never got a call back. Here it is one system.

Growth systems

The lead you already paid for is the one getting away.

Most local businesses do not have a traffic problem. They have a follow up problem. Somebody called at 2pm while you were under a sink, and by 2:09 they had called the next name on the list. Here is what a system fixes.

  1. Someone finds you

Website, landing page, Google, an ad, a yard sign, a referral. All of it points at one place that is actually built to convert.

  2. They reach out, or almost do

Call, form, text, web chat, Facebook message. Every one of them lands in a single inbox instead of five apps you check at different times.

  3. Nobody gets dropped

Miss a call and an automatic text goes out in seconds. Follow up runs on its own for days or weeks, in your voice, until they answer or ask you to stop.

  4. They book themselves

A real calendar with your actual availability, confirmations, and reminders. No phone tag, no double booking, no forgotten appointments.

  5. They leave a review, and it starts again

Review requests fire after the job is done. Your Google profile climbs, which sends you more of step one, for free.

Brand & video

A good logo is the cheapest credibility you will ever buy.

People decide whether you look expensive or improvised before they read a word. Brand work is not decoration, it is the reason a stranger trusts you enough to call. And video is where most local businesses simply are not showing up yet, which is exactly why it works right now.

Print & presence

In a county this size, getting seen is still physical.

Everyone drives the same roads. They pass the same corners, sit at the same lights, and pick up the same mail. Digital and print are not competing strategies here, they are the same campaign showing up in two places, with the same look and the same phone number.

Lesson 6.3 · Draw & Tell
46 seconds, vertical, AI produced

rinnalla teaches parents and caregivers through short, gentle lessons. This one is built almost entirely with AI video tools, then directed by hand: the script, the pacing, the voice, and the captions all get a human pass before anything ships. It is what "AI video" looks like when someone actually cares about the result.

In their words

Said on real calls.

Nothing here is paraphrased or polished up. These are quotes pulled straight from recorded client conversations. The logos are ones I designed or built the brand around.

"Daniel has been amazing to work with. I love that he will just take my ideas and run with them, that I don't have to end up doing all the work. He's been a real partner for us."
David SabeyFounder, Nexus Charter School
"It's awesome. I like that they get the text message, because this one lady, she's like, 'Who are you with?' I'm like, 'Canyon Creek.' She goes, 'I think I remember hearing that.'"

Speaking & workshops

Bringing this to a room full of people?

Keynotes and hands-on workshops for teams that recruit, sell, or serve, and are tired of hearing "just use AI" without anyone showing them how. On stage I run a real assessment on a volunteer and build the first automation in front of the room.

  1. 01

Recruiting in the AI era: reaching 17 year olds without pretending to be one

For recruiting and admissions teams. What the next class actually reads, how AI pre-qualifies before the first phone call, and how a recruiter who hates cold approaches runs social media without living on it.

    Keynote45 to 60 minutesQ&A included
  2. 02

The five hour week: a live AI assessment on stage

One volunteer, my question bank, thirty minutes. Then the room watches the first automation go live and leaves with a worksheet to run the same thing on their own week.

Workshop90 minutes to half a dayHands on
  3. 03

AI for the business owner who answers the phone

For chambers, luncheons and trade groups. Which tools earn their keep, which are toys, and the one knowledge-base setup that makes all of them sound like you instead of a robot.

Who you are hiring

I'm Daniel. I live here.

I run this agency out of Tooele County. That is not a marketing angle, it is my address. When you hire me you are not getting routed to an account coordinator in another time zone who has never driven Main Street.

What that actually buys you is speed and accountability. I can meet you at your shop. I know which corner gets the traffic. And if something breaks on a Saturday, you are texting the person who built it, not opening a ticket.

I have spent years building websites, brand identities, video, and automated follow up systems for businesses in real estate, insurance, healthcare, education, retail, and the trades. Same work, same standard, now pointed at the county I actually live in.

What I have been saying out loud.

Three recent posts, unedited except for length. The whole feed is on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn · this week

Two rooms. Two yeses.

"Last week the Nevada State Public Charter School Authority voted 6-1 to authorize Nexus Charter School, eight days after Henderson's 4-0 approval. Most new schools never get one approval. This one earned two, because Dr. David Sabey built a plan that two independent review teams couldn't say no to, and because families kept showing up for a school that didn't exist yet."

LinkedIn · last week

Marketing did not convince Henderson. The families did.

"Bilingual from day one. 180 plus families signed letters of intent for a school that did not exist yet. Founder-voice email campaigns holding a 43 percent open rate. A community park night where one parent signed a letter of intent standing in the grass at 7:47 on a Saturday evening. Our job was making sure every family who wanted this school knew exactly where to stand and when."

LinkedIn · three months ago

"Close enough" isn't a brand strategy. It's a liability.

"Ram just sold a $30 patriotic tee on their official merch store. The truck on it? A Toyota Tacoma. This is what AI without oversight looks like. The model doesn't know a Tacoma from a Ram 1500. It just ships. That's the job a human in the loop actually does: the person who looks at the output and says, wait, that's literally a Toyota."

Where it starts

Real numbers, before you call.

Nobody enjoys the agency website that hides every price behind a form. These are honest starting points. Tick what sounds like you and see roughly where you land. The real number comes after we talk about what you actually need.

Start here

Let's figure out what you actually need.

Fifteen minutes, no deck, no pressure. Tell me what is working and what is not, and I will tell you straight whether I am the right fit. If you would rather just email or call, both go directly to me.

This opens your email app with everything filled in, so nothing gets lost.
